Didn’t get a chance to play this weekend. Didn’t do a whole lot actually (Cider Mills notwithstanding). What I did do was work on rewriting/editing my current WIP. It’s coming along, but it’s slow work rewriting the entire thing from scratch. Don’t get me wrong, this version is a thousand times better, but I wish I’d been able to do this the first time.
Ah well, I suppose that’s experience for you. I’ve a couple more books under my belt now, and a lot more experience, and it really shows in this version. Overall I’m really happy with the changes I’ve made – the whole world feels richer and deeper, and my MC has a lot more personality. Now if only an agent feels the same way…..
